By placing an order with FERGUSSON, you agree to the following terms.

Made-to-order commitment: When you purchase a made-to-order item, you are committing to that order. Production begins shortly after purchase, which is why we're unable to offer cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please be sure before you buy.

Pre-orders & lead times: Lead times are estimates (typically 3–4 weeks) and may vary. We'll always communicate any significant delays.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but your order will always be charged at the price shown at checkout.

Intellectual property: All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of FERGUSSON. Please don't reproduce or use them without permission.

Limitation of liability: FERGUSSON's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
